Donna Cox is the owner & lead artist at Face Painting by Donna locatedin Southern New Jersey. She has been happily “Painting the children &children at heart” since 1993!Growing up the daughter of an amazing florist, she learned the love ofcolor and design at an early age.Donna first fell in love with face painting while volunteering athometown event to help pay for their town’s fireworks. Face Paintingquickly became a passion and perfect fit for her. Her now two growndaughters, literally grew up under her tent. They, along with herhusband, spent most weekends at festivals and fairs. There were manysacrifices back than but also memories to last a lifetime!Fast forward 26 years and Donna is honored to be the exclusive facepainter at the Cape May County Zoo for the past 7 years. This year shehas expanded into starting a small painting team there as well.Donna has been published in several magazines including Silly Farm’sFace and Body Art Magazine, a featured artist on SkinMarkz Magazine,as well as the cover of Wetpaint Magazine.The love for children also led her to a path of being an elementaryschool teacher’s aide. This is where she fell in love with teaching.In 2018 she was honored to debut as a face painting instructor at ACE-Austin Convention for Entertainers as well as St Louis’ Face and BodyArt Convention. Donna is thrilled to share her passion with her fellowartists, with a touch of lighthearted fun thrown in!
