Calgary Radio Host Turned Stay-at-home mom Jackie Ochitwa Started “With a Twist” Balloon creations spring of 2011 after she realized she had a knack for twisting Balloons into funky shapes to stop her kids tears. A Few trips to the library, some YouTube videos and a couple of hundred popped balloons later, and she was hooked.Ochitwa has progressed from twisting simple flowers to creating complex spring bouquets complete with balloon vases.
