FACE AND BODY ART EDUCATION

the world’s largest art library

Lisa M. Marshall is a West Coast, Canadian Artist that popped onto the scene in 2011 with Lace, Plaid, Gems and 3D techniques. She is a quick study and is always trying to create something new to share with other Face and Body Painters. Lisa is also a Single Mother, a certified Education Assistant/Community Support Worker and is a helping hand in the online community interacting with International artists, whether it be for a quick tutorial or just a friendly chat. Over the last few years, Lisa painted with acrylic on canvas, as well as furniture and murals, but was in search of a new creative outlet. After researching endless make-up products, reading reviews and testing new items she came across the Paradise Pro Palette. Every last bit was used to practice and then research some more. Next came Wolfe FX, then FAB, then Mama Clown Glitter and the possibilities seemed endless. She is inspired by many artists, but is determined to make each peice her own with new ideas and quick techniques. Lisa attended FABAIC 2012 and received the "Up and Coming Artist" award and was an Assistant Instructor in a painted jewellery class her very first year attending. She has a passion for all things painted and spends time developing ways to teach what she creates so that painters at all skill levels have something new and fun to WOW their clientele. Presently, Lisa is working out of Ginger9 Studio & Gallery in Comox, BC Canada, as the resident Face and Body Painter.
